Mr. Sid Eckerman has been at Christ the King for fourteen years. He teaches 7th-8th grade science and STEM. In 24 years of experience, he has taught science, STEM, social studies, and religion. Mr. Eckerman spends his summers fishing or with his four grandchildren. He loves anything to do with nature and is trying to visit all of the national parks. He seems to have an affinity to bears and usually runs into some while on vacation. His favorite thing to hear from a student is “I get it” when they learn something new. Mr. Eckerman has always believed that students at this school can learn anything provided it is taught correctly, so we can’t be afraid to take on anything!
