The SPICE (Supporting Parish Investment in Catholic Education) dinner is an annual event held each June to benefit the Christ the King Educational Trust and ensure the availability of a Catholic education to all children of the parish. This Trust is professionally managed by a Board of Trustees with endowed assets surpassing $7.5 million.

Thanks in part to Spice, over $6.5 million has been spent from the Trust to support tuition assistance and many capital improvement projects.  The long-term goal is to grow the Trust to $15 million in order to pay one-third of the operating budget of the school through interest earned.
